UV PRINTING

WHAT IS UV PRINTING?

It is a type of printing known as ultraviolet printing technique, briefly called UV printing. UV printing technique has been developed to resist sunlight and similar intense rays and to dry the printed work in a very short time. Thanks to the UV printing technique, the drying time has been reduced to less than 1 second. Thanks to the UV printing technique, the printed work is eliminated from fading and similar situations due to intense rays such as sunlight. It is highly resistant to water and similar liquid materials.

In simple terms, the ink is applied to the surface and dried/set instantly using UV lights. UV inks contain little or almost no solvents (Volatile Organic Compounds). Interest in their use continues to increase because they do not affect environmental pollution. Due to the fast drying feature of the paints used, the colors of the images appear deeper and more vibrant on the material.

HOW TO DO UV PRINTING ON GLASS?

There is a radical naturalness and simplicity in the structure of glass. When this is colored artistically in the hands of an experienced designer, wonderful results emerge. UV printing on glass is used in many products such as plaques given at award ceremonies that we all watch on television, glass paintings given as gifts on Valentine's Day, and colored glass decoration products that you can hang on the wall. Quality and printing detail are at the forefront in most printed products.

Since the glass to be used in outdoor and interior decoration has different purposes, the printing on the glass must be of the highest quality. These problems have been overcome with the glass UV printing method, and detailed prints that do not lose color or become faded in the long term have been achieved. The use of printed glass products in the projects of decoration companies and architects is becoming increasingly common.

Reverse printing system is used especially in glass paintings used in wall decoration products. Images are printed upside down on the glass surface with high-tech UV printing machines and covered with special protective glass paint. In this way, the image printed with UV paints remains between the glass and the protection paint and is exposed to air. The images on the front surface of the glass maintain their vividness and details for a long time thanks to the brightness of the glass. Since glass is a hygienic material, it can be wiped and cleaned as desired.

If you want to hang a photograph with deep memories on your wall in more interesting and creative ways, instead of standard wooden framed and paper photographs, looking at glass painting options would be a perfect choice for you. If users go beyond the ordinary and use glass products in home and office decoration, they will see how the atmosphere of their living spaces changes.

At the same time, glass UV printing products that do not harm nature allow us to make an investment in our future. It is our sole duty as adults to choose environmentally friendly products in order to protect even a little bit of the nature we will leave to our children. Since glass is materially integrated with nature, when the printing on it ensures this, not only the printing technique but also the final product we receive becomes environmentally friendly. In addition to all these advantages, it preserves its quality for many years, eliminating the need for new production and doubling its benefit to the environment.
