Cargo

• Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after receiving bank approval for products purchased with the money transfer option. For payments made by credit card, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days, depending on the distance of the delivery address to Denizli. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days. If there is a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the SRDCONCEPT.COM guarantee.

• Your orders will be sent quickly with Aras Cargo.
• You do not pay shipping fees for all domestic purchases you make from srdconcept.com.
• If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Aras Cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to SRD concept. If you want your returned order to be sent again, a shipping fee will be requested and your order will be reshipped to your name with a counter payment.
• A product you purchased may not be in stock for any reason. SRDCONCEPT.COM is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer may purchase the same product, and in this case, the product stock may run out. You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be notified of the first date the product will be in stock.
• If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be refunded to him.

Return or Exchange

• Within the scope of the one-week satisfaction guarantee, the customer can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. If the reason for this return is the technical malfunction or defect of the product, srdconcept.com will replace it with another product or refund the sum of the product price and shipping cost. If the reason for the return is "dislike", the refund or exchange amount for another product will only be the amount of the disliked product and will not cover payments other than the product price. When returning a product, the shipping cost for returning the product belongs to the customer. SRD concept company is responsible for any breakage, damage, etc. in cargo shipments. Similarly, the customer who sent the product is responsible for any breakage, damage, etc. that the returned product may experience in the cargo.
