Approval of your money transfer / EFT transactions is done manually and the approval process takes 1-2 business days. The shipping process starts after the approval process.

With our advanced technology printing technique, our products do not fade at all. We have a 50-year warranty period. If it fades during this period, you can return it.

Within the scope of the two-week satisfaction guarantee, the customer can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. If the reason for this return is the technical malfunction or defect of the product, srdconcept.com will replace it with another product or refund the price of the product. If the reason for the return is "dislike", the refund or exchange amount for another product will only be up to the amount of the product purchased by the customer and will not cover payments other than the product price. When returning a product, the shipping cost for its return will be borne by the customer.

It is delivered to the cargo in its special box and with protective equipment. If you experience any problems, we will send you a new one immediately.
